A feature project in Sharon. The site had water issues that made the lower section of the yard swampy until mid-June. With plans for a large outdoor patio and pool project we needed to first install weeping tile in a U-shape around the home to divert the water to the street. Then, to prepare for the pool installation, a large retaining wall was "carved" into the hill. What followed was over 1500 square feet of uni-stone patio, driveway accents and walkways! Raising a patio is often the desired option but certainly not the easiest. This feature patio measures in over 1000 sq/ft across two levels!
